1. General

This Subscription Policy applies to all paid subscriptions offered through the ONO app and website.

2. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• Payments are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

• Cancel via your App Store/Google Play account settings or via your ONO account on the website.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the rules of the payment platform used (Apple, Google, Stripe) and applicable laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update subscription prices and terms. You will be notified in advance and may cancel before changes apply.
